Administrator Permissions

Administrators are the users of a Bosbec account and are used to log in and interact with the data and features available on the Bosbec account. Which features can be accessed by the administrators depends on the current permission level.

Permission levels

Each administrator can have one of six different permission levels: 1) User, 2) Power-user, 3) Moderator, 4) Account Administrator, 5) Account Owner, and Transfer. These permission levels can be useful when multiple users have different needs and clearances on the same account.

Administrators with permission level 4 or higher can set these permissions for other administrators and decide who should be authorized to access account data, manage groups, or run services and workflows.

The Transfer permission level is used only for the Transfer service. It lets the user log in to the file transfer service, but it does not give access to the admin platform.

The table below specifies the pages, features, and data the different permission levels can reach in the admin platform.
