This article will guide you in setting up a preconfigured integration to send surveys via LEKAB RCS, based on calls found in the call logs of the Tele2 (or DSTNY) PBX.
You will need an account for Tele2 PBX, Bosbec, and Lekab.
You’ll also need to find the following information from Tele2 PBX and LEKAB:

- Username
- Password
Tele2 PBX
- Top domain (tele2vaxel.se)
- Account domain
- User
- PBX Token
- Distribution group id
Preparing the account
- In the Bosbec admin panel, start by creating a group and calling it “Customer survey”.
- Open the group details and copy the group ID.
- Then go to Settings in the top-right and select Account Settings.
- In the bottom-left corner, under Account, enter the data in the table below.

Creating the workflow
Once you’ve set up the account, follow the steps below to configure the workflow.
- Go to Workflows in the Bosbec admin panel.
- Click the yellow plus sign (+) to create a new workflow.
- Give your workflow a name, for example: RCS survey from PBX
- Click Save.
- Double-click your new workflow, or click the edit icon, to open it.
- Import the .wfb file (available for download at the top of this article).
- Select File → Import from wfb file.
- Select the scheduling rules by double-clicking the Scheduled Import trigger at the top left in the workflow area.
- Select File → Save.
- Set your workflow to Live by toggling the switch next to Run (top right).
- Make sure you have an RCS client on your LEKAB account.
