This article will guide you in setting up a pre-configured integration to import your HubSpot contacts to Smart Connect.
You will need an account for Telia Smart Connect, HubSpot, and Bosbec. You’ll also need to find the following information from Smart Connect and HubSpot:
Hubspot
- Access Token
Telia Smart Connect
- Username
- Password
- Customer ID
Preparing the account
- In the Bosbec admin panel, start by creating a group and calling it “TSC Group”.
- Open the details for the group and copy the group ID.
- Then, go to Settings at the top right and select Account Settings.
- At the bottom left, under Account, enter the data in the table below.

Creating the workflow
When you’ve prepared the account, you can follow the steps below to set up the workflow.
- Go to Workflows in the Bosbec admin panel.
- Click the yellow plus sign (+) to create a new workflow.
- Give your workflow a name, for example: Telia Smart Connect – Import Contacts From HubSpot.
- Click Save.
- Double-click your new workflow, or click the edit icon, to open it.
- Import the
.wfbfile (can be downloaded at the top of this article). - Select File → Import from wfb file.
- Select the scheduling rules by double-clicking the Scheduled Import trigger at the top left in the workflow area.
- Select File → Save.
- Set your workflow to Live by toggling the switch next to Run (top right).
You are now done, and the HubSpot contacts should be imported to your Telia Smart Connect account!
