As we are GDPR compliant, you have the right to be forgotten and request that we delete your data. Depending on your role in the Bosbec ecosystem and what data you want us to remove, we will need to take different steps to ensure that we fulfill your request.

Bosbec account
As an account owner, you can request that we delete your related user details, message history, or your entire account. Note that account deletion may be subject to a notice period specified in the agreement.
App user
Deleting your Bosbec Feed user is done from the “Manage Account” page found in the profile settings. From there, select “delete account” and enter your password.
The Bosbec Admin app follows the same guidelines as the Bosbec Account, as this app uses the same accounts.
The older messaging app Bosbec App does not have a button for deleting the user in the app. Instead, please contact us via the contact page using the app user’s registered email address and make sure to submit your username in the message.
Message history
If you have received messages from the Bosbec platform and want your message history to be deleted, please contact us using the contact form.
